Practice Description

 

Ms. Yilmaz has nineteen year experience in private law practice involving different sectors of business including construction, real estate, transportation and logistics. She worked as in house/chief legal counsel for leading international companies such as Alstom Transport SA (Head of Legal ME&A – Southern Europe Legal Counsel), TAV Construction (affiliate of Aéroports de Paris and the operator of the two International Airports in Turkey) and IGA Airports Construction JV where she was the Chief Legal Counsel of the Istanbul 3rd Airport Project which is one of the biggest currently continuing construction projects in Turkey.

 

Over her career, Ms. Yilmaz has been involved in numerous real estate and construction projects; some of which may be listed as follows: Baku-Tblisi- Ceyhan Crude Oil Pipeline Project, Emirates Financial Towers in Dubai, Construction of Istanbul Third Airport and residence construction projects such as Narcity, Bilkent Bahçe and Beykoz Konakları.
