Practice Description

 

Ms. Deliveli is the founding partner of Deliveli Alp Law & Consultancy and head of the firm’s M&A practice. Ms. Deliveli has knowledge and experience in corporate and M&A and she has led and continues to lead prominent deals in the market. She also focuses on capital markets, banking and finance, energy and real estate. She represents administrative bodies and international clients from many sectors ranging from energy, media, telecommunication, retail to healthcare. In addition to her experience focusing on Turkish legal market, she also has extensive USA experience coming from her education, bar registration and practice in New York.
